Recipe: Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Sugar Free Greek Salad
Ingredients (all organic):
1 cup millet, cook according to instructions
1 small cucumber, chopped
1/2 purple chopped
4 radishes, sliced
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
A handful of pitted olives
Dressing:
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
Method: Wash and prepare all vegetables, then place in a bowl. In a separate bowl create the dressing. Pour dressing over vegetables, serve and enjoy!
